Description : The meeting of sandy soil character on flint clays with sauvignon (70%) and chardonnay (30 %). The blend gives a crumbly white (malolactique fermentation), gives off white flowers and crispy fruit – soft agrumes(grapefruit) and yellow fruits –, with a mineral liveliness (flinty notes) of sauvignon on this kind of soil and wrapped by smoothness of Chardonnay. Freshness and balance, influenced by specify of each vintage, make the main characteristic, and the most appreciated , of this cuvée.
