Tasting : The Romorantin grape is a white local grape, exclusive of Cour-Cheverny Appellation. It appreciates sandy-silicious terroir, where it offers a robust wine mixed with pretty vegetal flavours (fresh cut grass, sometimes mint notes) and florals (violette…). The final is fresh, quite tense. A new cuvée on a young vine.
