Tasting : The Romorantin grape is a white local grape, exclusive of Cour-Cheverny Appellation. It appreciates sandy-silicious terroir, where it offers a robust wine mixed with pretty vegetal flavours (fresh cut grass, sometimes mint notes) and florals (violette…). The final is fresh, quite tense. Each year, we always keep some bottles of this cuvée which deserve to wait upon time. When we propose you once again, the result is amazing!
