Description : Selection of 3 grapes during this winter has helped to elaborate this new cuvee, gamay grape from N-W of the departement (Mesland) comes from very old vines, Cabernet and Côt come both from the Vallée du Cher. The blend of those 3 grapes gives a supple, fine, fruity and tasty wine. Cabernet and Côt bring notes of violets and a touch of tanins.
